G8 has successfully delivered its 2nd batch of ESS (Energy Storage Systems) to Port of Singapore after a successful 6month trial on site.

Introducing G8's BT200 Modular Energy Storage Systems designed to bring economical, clean renewable power on demand anywhere with remote monitoring capability. The highly portable modular systems can be connected directly to a solar system with an inbuilt storage capacity of up 10,000 to 50,000Wh with Active Inverter technology to enable scalability to much larger applications for higher electrical loading requirements.

The BT200 ESS is programmed with Smart Power Monitor which enables users to safely monitor the ESS remotely for easy maintenance and efficient power data management.

G8 engineers had completed extensive system testing in the marine environment with the first orders going to Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) to power port facilities and amenities with leading container solution provider OSG.

'' The BT200 systems will come with the option of utilizing the latest generation of 3DOM Lithium-Ion battery technology to increase energy storage capacity and cycle life.

The system will not only be able to provide clean and reliable renewable energy to ports and marine vessels but also homes and buildings cost-effectively '' commented Martin Ng Head of Business Development.

G8 is well-positioned to carve a successful niche in energy storage solutions for ports and marine vessels.
